Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Maka Botchorishvili participated in the 135th Session of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe
On 15 May 2026, the 135th Session of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe was held in Chisinau, with the participation of the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Maka Botchorishvili.
The session of the Committee of Ministers, attended by the foreign ministers of the Council of Europe Member States, was opened by the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Alain Berset.
Maka Botchorishvili addressed the participants of the ministerial meeting.
Within the framework of the ministerial meeting, Maka Botchorishvili also held bilateral meetings with her counterparts, including the foreign ministers of Luxembourg, Ukraine and Serbia, as well as with the President of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe.
The 135th Meeting of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe was held under the presidency of the Republic of Moldova. Following the conclusion of the ministerial meeting, the presidency of the Committee of Ministers was transferred to Monaco.
